Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to first-time Healthstin clients only. 
  • Available to NDIS Participants (self-managed or plan-managed). 
  • A valid NDIS referral or proof of funding must be provided before booking. 
  • Offer applies exclusively to the Brimbank Aquatic & Wellness Centre. 

2. Booking & Availability 

  • Valid 1-20 October 2025, or until 5 (five) spots are filled (whichever comes first). 
  • Applies to clinic-based appointments only and is subject to therapist and facility availability. 
  • Advance bookings required – no walk-ins accepted. 
  • Tailored programmes must commence within 7 days of booking. 

3. What’s Included

  • Access to Reformer Pilates, Small Group Training, and the Recovery Room. 
  • Full membership benefits equivalent to our standard membership. 
  • 24/7 access to a 1,000sqm health club. 
  • 90+ weekly Group Fitness classes for all levels. 
  • Unlimited access to Aquatic facilities, including the warm water pool and waterslides. 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Minimum 48 business hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. 
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the complimentary offer. 

5. Liability

  • Participation is at the client’s own risk. 
  • Healthstin accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where required by law.
