Most of your time will be spent in our modern clinic spaces, delivering sessions in our on-site pool, fully equipped gym, or private treatment rooms. You’ll work directly with clients across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, and WorkCover programmes, gaining exposure to a wide range of conditions from day one. Every day offers new learning opportunities and the support of a multidisciplinary team that’s passionate about helping people move better and live stronger.
You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, from those managing chronic conditions to individuals recovering from injury or living with a disability. Caseloads may include NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, Aged Care, and private clients, giving you valuable variety and experience.
Every new graduate practitioner gets structured onboarding experience with shadowing, one-on-one mentoring, and regular check-ins. You’ll also have ongoing access to senior clinicians and professional development sessions.
You’ll enjoy a good balance of independence and teamwork. Whilst you manage your own caseload, you’ll also collaborate with Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, and support staff to deliver holistic care.
At Healthstin, you’ll enjoy a great mix of settings to keep your week varied. Your sessions could take place in Hydrotherapy pools, gyms, or private treatment rooms, with mobile visits making up around 20% of your week —the perfect balance to keep things fresh.
Yes, many of our client sessions take place in the pool. Depending on your clinic and caseload, you’ll have opportunities to deliver Hydrotherapy programmes at any of our pool facilities, with full guidance and support from our team.
Most roles are full-time or part-time, though contractor options are available in some areas. We’ll discuss what works best for you during the recruitment process.
Definitely! We actively support your professional growth through in-house learning sessions, case studies, and multidisciplinary team meetings. You’ll also have opportunities to expand your skill set, from gaining your Learn to Swim instructor certification and networking through our Primary Health network, to completing specialised training with partners like Parkinson’s NSW and Mental Health practitioners.
Many of our team members have grown into Senior, Lead, or Area Manager roles. Whether you’re developing clinically or stepping into leadership, we’ll support your progression through tailored pathways.
Successful practitioners are compassionate, proactive, and eager to learn. They communicate well, work collaboratively, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every client interaction.
Our team values the people, the support, and the culture. It’s a workplace where everyone’s voice is heard, wins are celebrated, and genuine care drives everything we do.
Whether you’re dealing with pain, mobility issues, falls, or recovery, let us take the guesswork out. One of our experts will match you with the right service — at the right location and with the right funding — in under 10 minutes.
