No. Our clinicians arrive with portable equipment tailored to your treatment plan, such as resistance bands and balance tools. We also focus on showing you how to utilise your home environment—such as chairs and hallways—to perform exercises safely between visits.
Home visits are a common choice for NDIS participants and those with Home Care Packages (HCP/CHSP). We manage service agreements and billing directly with your plan manager or provider to keep the process straightforward. We also accept DVA, WorkCover, and private health insurance.
Home visits offer significant convenience; however, our clinics provide access to a broader range of clinical equipment and machines designed for complex conditions. This environment offers additional resources that may not be portable. If travelling is difficult, a home visit remains an effective way to receive individualised care in your own space.
You only need enough space to move comfortably. We recommend wearing supportive shoes and clothing that allows for movement. Please have any relevant clinical letters or your current NDIS/Aged Care plan ready for the clinician to review during the initial assessment.
