As a hardworking and creative Physiotherapist at Healthstin, Niamh brings a fresh perspective and genuine passion for helping people improve their wellbeing. A graduate of Leeds Beckett University, she’s particularly interested in supporting clients with mental health challenges and learning disabilities, empowering them to achieve lasting progress through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Niamh going to the beach, swimming in the sea or running. In fact, she recently participated in a Sydney marathon this year. She also loves exploring the outdoors, travelling to new places, and embracing an active, balanced lifestyle that mirrors the movement and vitality she promotes with her clients.
